to the German House of Soccer

Admission to the German House of Soccer (GHOS) is generally free of charge. However, entry is only possible with a valid ticket for the selected day.

Visitor Information

    • Prior registration is required for entry.
    • You can obtain your ticket by registering via our ticket shop.
    • Please enter your personal details during registration.
    • After completing registration, your e-ticket will be sent to you immediately by email.
    • Tickets can be booked in advance or at short notice on site (e.g. while waiting in the queue).
    • One email address can book multiple tickets for the same day, but each ticket must be booked individually. Only one ticket can be issued per booking.
    • Entry is granted on a “first come, first served” basis.
    • A valid ticket does not guarantee immediate entry.
    • If the maximum capacity of the German House of Soccer is reached, waiting times may occur until other guests leave the venue.
    • Children and teenagers under the age of 16 may only enter the German House of Soccer if accompanied by a parent, a legal guardian, or an authorised adult (18+).
    • All visitors aged three years and older require a ticket. Children aged 0-2 do not need a ticket.
    • Age checks will be carried out at the entrance. Accepted forms of ID are a passport or national ID card.
    • Guests aged 21 and over will receive an age wristband at entry.
    • Guests under 21 will not receive a wristband.
    • Alcoholic beverages will only be served to guests aged 21 and over.
    • The QR code on your ticket will be scanned at entry – please have it ready.
    • All bags and backpacks will be checked before entering the building.
    • Instructions from staff must be followed at all times.
    • The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove guests who violate entry or house rules.
    • Lockers are available for self-use. However, the number of lockers is very limited. Please try to arrive without any personal belongings if possible.
    • Use of the lockers is at your own risk. Neither the DFB nor the venue accepts liability for lost items.
    • Please do not store cash, jewelry, passports or high-value electronic devices in the lockers.
    • Photo and video recordings will be made throughout the German House of Soccer.
    • By entering the venue, you consent to the use of image and audio recordings for event documentation, public relations, press and social media purposes.
    • If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform a member of staff on site.
    • You may withdraw your consent at any time, including retrospectively, by emailing datenschutz@dfb.de.
    • Opening hours vary daily depending on the kick-off times of the World Cup matches.
    • Up-to-date opening times will be announced in advance on the website and official German House of Soccer channels.
