Women's National Team: Germany win against England

The German Women's National Team beat their first international friendly after qualifying for the World Cup 2007 in Aalen on Wednesday against England 5-1 (2-1). Skipper Birgit Prinz equalized the record 154 international matches of record international Bettina Wiegmann - and scored her 100th goal in the dress of the German Football Association (DFB).

Alex Scott gave the Three Lions the lead after 26 minutes. Kerstin Stegemann (29.), Sandra Smisek (37.), Birgit Prinz (66.), Martina Müller (75.) and Celia Okoyino da Mbabi (86.) scored for Germany.
