Three German players in the WC all-star team

The German national players Oliver Kahn, Michael Ballack and Miroslav Klose have been elected to the MasterCard all-star team of the WC 2002. Brazil has four players in the 16 men squad, the other semi-finalists are represented by three (Germany, Turkey) or two players (South Korea). The teams of England, Senegal, Spain and the USA, failed in the quarter-finals, were considered with one award each.

The final choice was made by the Technical Study Group of the FIFA after the semifinals. [db]
