Pauline Bremer transfers to Man City from Lyon

Germany international Pauline Bremer has left Champions League winners Olympique Lyon to move to Manchester City. The 21-year-old has signed a two-year contract with the English champions.

“I am very happy to be at Manchester City. It is a huge club and the facilities are amazing,” the attacking midfielder said. “I set myself ambitious targets and I am looking forward to the new challenge,” she added. Bremer won the treble for the second time in a row with Lyon last season. However, she missed out on a place in the Germany squad at the European Championships in the Netherlands last month.
