Germany's national team will take on an all-star Bundesliga international side on January 25 to raise money for the Asian tsunami relief effort. The match will take place at 7.45 pm in the Arena AufSchalke in Gelsenkirchen.
The German FA also pledged 1.5 million euros in emergency aid to be used in consultation with the government. A similar game in 2002 at the same venue raised 3.5 million euros after floods damaged parts of Germany.
