Birgit Prinz FIFA Womens Player of the year

World Champion Birgit Prinz won the FIFA Women's Player of the Year award on Monday for the first time in her career. DFB president Gerhard Mayer-Vorfelder awarded her in Basel. Prinz, playing for 1.
