Current information on the FIFA Football Agent Regulations

Against this background, the DFB will not currently issue new DFB regulations for football agents. The previous DFB regulations for intermediaries were repealed with effect from 1 October 2023, meaning that from 1 October 2023 there will be no separate DFB regulations for player or coach intermediaries, football agents, until further notice. The DFB will monitor further developments and may take regulatory action at a later date.
