FSV Mainz 05 have signed Germany U21 International Levin Öztunali from league rivals Bayer 04 Leverkusen. The 20-year-old has agreed a contract with the club until June 2021. Öztunali signed for Bayer 04 Leverkusen in 2013 but has been on loan at Werder Bremen for the last year and a half. The midfielder has made 56 Bundesliga appearances in total.
