Germany national team midfielder Julian Weigl’s season is over. The Borussia Dortmund player suffered a broken ankle in his side’s 1-1 draw with Augsburg on Saturday (13/05), and will be out for three to four months.
The 21 year old will therefore miss BVB’s final game of the season against Werder Bremen and the DFB Cup final against Eintracht Frankfurt on the 27th of May, as well as the Confederations Cup in the summer (17th June – 2nd July) with the DFB Team.
